Floor Mounted Arm with 6-Spindle Tightening System Integration

Floor Mounted Servo Arm with integrated clamp and unclamp end effector to lift and maneuver parts to a machining cell.

This Floor Mounted System is used in a lift assist/manipulator application to move components around a work cell. This tooling works for high-capacity and applications that require rigidity in the pick and place process.

Diesel Exhaust System

We were tasked to implement a sub-assembly area to fixture, assemble and tighten diesel exhaust components for and automotive customer. When the sub-assembly work was complete, we were tasked with picking the sub-assembled system from the fixtures and loading to the main assembly line. Kain Tool completed the design and process for all aspects of the station; including supplying the overhead rails system to carry all the required tooling.

These carts were designed to assemble (2) parts per cart. Exhaust Systems were assembled away from the assembly line and the carts were transported to line-side to complete the install to the required vehicle.

We designed the fixtures to aid in the marriage of the 2 major exhaust system components.
